INGREDIENTS:
40 asparagus spears
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp parmesan
salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Wash asparagus and bend each spear until it breaks. Spray the spears with some non-stick spray and lay it onto a baking sheet. Sprinkle with the garlic and cheese and bake at 425 for 12 minutes!
