Scrambled eggs are not supposed to be dry and rubbery! Please try this recipe, it will forever make scrambled eggs an amazing comfort meal.
INGREDIENTS:
2 large eggs
1 tsp light butter
1 tsp light sour cream
salt and pepper
fresh chopped chives
INSTRUCTIONS:
Crack your cold eggs into a saucepan. Add your light butter and put your pan onto high heat. Stir continuously with a rubber spatula. Every 30 seconds or so, remove the pan from heat and keep stirring, after 10 seconds, place them back onto the heat. Once the eggs are almost cooked (after about 3 minutes), season them with salt and pepper and add your light sour cream. Place on top of toasted bread and add your chopped chives! Gordon Ramsey is the king of scrambled eggs, and I used his technique of cooking them!
