Edible Protein Cookie Dough

First off, let's start with ingredients;

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup Bowmar Nutrition protein
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup swerve granular
1/4 cup light butter
Salt to taste
Mix ins of your choice!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put all purpose flour on a pan and bake for five minutes or so to heat treat it, or buy heat treated flour, or say screw it and eat raw flour. I take the risk 90% of the time, but I’m lazy and it will probably really bother some people if I don’t tell people to heat treat it. I saw some methods for doing it in the microwave too so just google it if you don’t wanna wait for the oven.

Once the flour is out and has cooled, mix with the rest of your ingredients, pressing the butter into the dry ingredients. I tried it with wedding cake and it tastes almondyyyy but my hubby liked it best. The frosted cookie is super vanilllaaaaay and I don’t have birthday cake but someone should try it and tell me how it is. I made two batches and chopped up some chocolate and got some spranks to mix in but my sprinkles sucked and were hard and crunchy so get the good long soft ones, for real. Also don’t forget the salt, idk why but it tastes better and helps to tone down the protein.
