Pan Fried Chicken wonton Dumplings

First off, let's start with ingredients;

INGREDIENTS:
Wonton wrappers
Sesame oil for frying

FILLING:
1 lb ground chicken
3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 eggs
1 tsp swerve granular
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 cup chopped veggies of choice (I used cabbage and carrots and green onion)
Dash of ground ginger, salt, and pepper

Mix filling ingredients and spoon into wonton wrappers. I used a little less than a tablespoon per wrapper. Wet the edges and fold diagonal to seal. I added a tablespoon or two of sesame oil to the pan and once heated added the wonton dumplings. Let them sear until the bottoms are beginning to turn golden brown; about 2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup of water and cover allowing the dumplings to cook until the water has been absorbed ; about 5-8 minutes. Then they’re done! I threw on some chives and dipped mine in soy sauce and chili sauce but you do you booboo. They’d taste good with almost any sauce.
