Bacon Brown Sugar Brussels Sprouts

First off, let's start with ingredients;

INGREDIENTS:
Fresh Brussels sprouts - about 20-25
8 slices bacon
2 tbsp brown sugar swerve
Salt && pepper

Start by frying your bacon. Once it’s frying start chopping up the sprouts. Cut off the ends and quarter the sprouts lengthwise. After the bacon is cooked to your liking, pat dry with a paper towel and cut into smaller chunks. Toss the cut up brussels in the leftover bacon drippings. This is key ya’ll. Just do it. Then add salt and pepper and try to face the flat sides of the brussels down on the baking sheet.

Bake for 12-15minutes at 425 degrees. Take out and sprinkle brown sugar swerve on top as well as the chopped up bacon and stir to mix and coat them all. Pop back in the oven for a few more minutes to heat up the bacon again and BAM. The best side dish ever is completed.
