baked apple protein donuts

BAKED APPLE DONUTS cause’ it’s fall and i’m a basic bitch.

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup bowmar nutrition protein frosted cookie
1/4 cup swerve granular
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
tiny pinch of nutmeg
6 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp fat free plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp vanilla

COATING:
2 tbsp sugar
1/8 tsp cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix dry ingredients in one bowl, and wet in another. Fold together and pipe into a greased donut mold. Bake at 400 for 12-14 minutes. Makes 8 donuts. Spray the semi-cooled donuts with non stick spray and dip in your sugar cinnamon mixture. Find me on TikTok to see the video – stephanieats
