banana Walnut Bars with chocolate hazelnut drizzle

First off, let's start with ingredients;

INGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup swerve granular
1/4 cup light sour cream
2 tbsp light butter
1/2 egg
1 banana - mashed
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup Bowmar Nutrition protein frosted cookie
2 tbsp walnut
Dash of salt
1 tbsp chocolate hazelnut spread
1.5 tsp almond milk

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Use mixer to blend swerve, sour cream, butter and egg together. Once combined, add mashed banana and vanilla. Blend again until combined. Add baking soda, all purpose flour, protein frosted cookie, and salt. Blend until fully mixed and fold in walnuts. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Let cool. Melt hazelnut spread and almond milk in the microwave and drizzle over top of the bars.
