BLT Pizza

First off, let's start with ingredients;

CRUST INGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1 tbsp coconut flour
1 tsp baking powder
7 tbsp fat free plain greek yogurt
2 egg whites
Salt, pepper, garlic powder

TOPPINGS:
kraft light mayo
chopped bacon
chopped tomato
low moisture part skim mozzarella

AFTER BAKING:
shredded lettuce

For the crust, mix dry ingredients. Mix egg whites and greek yogurt together, and add to the dry ingredients. Add dash of salt, and any other seasonings you’d like. I like pepper and garlic powder personally! Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Spray piece of parchment paper with non-stick spray. Spread crust dough with a spoon sprayed with non-stock spray into a circular shape. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes.

While it’s baking, chop tomatoes and fry bacon and chop into small pieces.

Once crust is done, top with light mayo, bacon and tomatoes and then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake again for 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted. I also turned the broiler on high right after for 1-2 minutes just to get the cheese a little bit more brown. I topped with shredded lettuce!
