Breakfast Egg Bake

First off, let's start with ingredients;

2 cups Turkey Sausage (I use precooked butterball brand - Walmart)
4 tbsp Whipped Cream Cheese
1 package Reduced Fat Crescent Rolls
½ cup Almond Milk
2/3rd cup Reduced Fat Fiesta Blend Cheese
2 Eggs
Non-stick Spray
Salt
Pepper

Feel Free to add in any veggies you enjoy (i just live with picky eaters)

Spray your medium loaf pans with non-stick spray and preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Sautee turkey sausage in a pan and drain excess grease if any. Stir in whipped cream cheese. Unroll your crescent rolls and separate into eight separate triangles. Spoon cream cheese sausage mixture onto the crescent triangles and roll up. Place in your pans. I put four rolls per one medium loaf pan resulting in two breakfast egg loafs as an end product.

In a separate bowl, mix two eggs, ½ cup almond milk and a dash of salt and pepper. Pour half of the mixture into each loaf pan, and top each pan with 1/3 cup of cheese.

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes and enjoy!
