Breakfast Pizza

First off, let's start with ingredients;

CRUST:
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1 tbsp coconut flour
1 tsp baking powder
7 tbsp fat free plain greek yogurt
2 egg whites
Salt, pepper, garlic powder

TOPPINGS:
1 tbsp Rico’s nacho cheese sauce
1/2 cup turkey sausage crumbles
1 tsp light butter
1 tsp all purpose flour
3 tbsp almond milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp bacon bits
2/3 cup reduced fat fiesta blend cheese

For the crust, mix dry ingredients. Mix egg whites and Greek yogurt together, add to the dry ingredients. Add dash of salt, pepper and garlic powder. Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Spray piece of parchment paper with non-stick spray. Spread crust dough with a spoon sprayed with non-stock spray into a circular shape. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes.

While baking, scramble two eggs. In a separate pan, melt butter and whisk in flour and almond milk. Add in turkey sausage crumbles. If too thin, cook down to reduce, if too thick, add more almond milk. Once pizza is golden, remove and top with cheese sauce, sausage mixture, scrambled eggs, bacon bits, and shredded cheese. Bake for 3-5 more minutes until cheese is melted!
