Cheesy Chicken Mexican Rice

First off, let's start with ingredients;

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup chicken (I used shredded precooked)
1 ricos nacho cheese cup (Walmart)
1 cup long grain white rice
1 tbsp light butter
2 cups chicken bone broth
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
Pepper
Cumin
Garlic powder

Melt light butter in large pan and add rice and cook until it starts to get a little bit brown. Add bone broth, tomato sauce, garlic, and seasonings and stir. Turn down the heat, cover and cook until all of the liquid is gone. It took me about 30 minutes.

Add in chicken and cheese cup and stir. Once it is all heated, top with whatever toppings you’d like! I used guacamole, light sour cream, tomatoes, black olives, and some fresh parsley. I wanted to add beans, corn, and onions but I couldn’t because picky eaters. This would also be awesome with lean beef instead of chicken. If you try it out and let me know what it’s like
