Cheesy garlic sticks

First off, let's start with ingredients;

CRUST INGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup + 1 tbsp all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup + 3 tbsp fat free plain greek yogurt
2 egg whites
Salt, pepper, and garlic powder

TOPPINGS:
2 tbsp light butter
2 tbsp whipped cream cheese
1/2 tsp minced garlic
Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
Cheese (I used Colby jack)

For the crust, mix dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix egg whites and greek yogurt together, and add to the dry ingredients. Add dash of salt, and any other seasonings you’d like. I like pepper and garlic powder personally! Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Spray piece of parchment paper with non-stick spray. Spread dough out with a spoon sprayed with non-stock spray into a circular shape. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes.

While it’s baking, mix your butter, cream cheese, garlic, and seasoning together.

Once crust is done, top with garlic spread and sprinkle with choice of cheese. Bake again for 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted. I added some dried parsley flakes as well! Cut into strips and enjoy!

I didn’t measure my cheese but the recipe is 404 calories, 41C/15F/22P NOT including the cheese so just add that into your calculations
