Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Bars

First off, let's start with ingredients;

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup quick oats
1/4 cup + 3 tbsp brown sugar swerve
1 scoop bowmar Nutrition protein frosted cookie
3 tbsp all purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup light butter
2 tbsp peanuts
1/4 cup Lily’s semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup fat free sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp bowmar Nutrition buckeye butter
1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk

Combine quick oats, brown sugar swerve, 1/2 scoop of protein, all purpose flour and baking soda. Cut in butter and stir in peanuts and chocolate chips. Set aside a heaping 1/3 cup of the mixture.

Meanwhile, press the other 2/3 of the mixture into a greased medium loaf pan. Set to the side. Mix sweetened condensed milk, buckeye butter, 1/2 scoop of protein, and unsweetened almond milk. Pour over the pressed mixture in the pan. Top with the leftover 1/3 of mixture and bake for 15 minutes. Take out and cover with foil if it’s getting brown on top. Bake for 10 more minutes and enjoy!
