First off, let's start with ingredients;
1 Chicken Breast (8oz)
1 tbsp light butter
1/2 tbsp all purpose flour
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 ounce chopped ham
1 slice provolone Thin
salt & Pepper
Spray frying pan with non-stick spray. Grill chicken breast until fully cooked. In a separate saucepan, melt butter and stir in all purpose flour. Whisk in almond milk and cook over medium-low heat until sauce thickens. Stir in chopped ham and heat until ham is warmed. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour sauce over chicken breast and enjoy!
