Homemade Chipotle Chicken Bowl

First off, let's start with ingredients;

-1 bag of tyson premium white chunk chicken (7 oz) (Precooked - in the same aisle as tuna)
-1 bag of uncle Ben's 90 second rice (pick A flavor you like)
-Reduced fat fiesta blend cheese (walmart)
-light sour cream
-pico de gallo
-Guacamole individual serving cups
(I use good foods chunky guacamole at walmart because i think wholly guacamole is garbage)
-garlic powder
-cumin
-paprika
-cayenne pepper
-salt & Pepper

I am lazy as hell when it comes to lunches. I'm willing to put in just enough effort to make it taste good, but not enough to spend more than ten minutes. My go to chicken is this tyson premium chunk white chicken. Is it the healthiest and freshest option? No. Is it convenient and will it prevent me from rushing to use it before it expires? Yes. That in itself it worth it to me. If you'd like, just replace the 7oz of bagged chicken with fresh chicken that you have grilled yourself!.

Warm up and brown your chicken in a pan with spices to taste. While the chicken is heating up, cook your ready rice in the microwave. Once done, add to the pan and stir to incorporate the spices.

Now, simply add your toppings and enjoy! Cost effective, and a great time saver for when you're in a rush!
