honey pepper chicken mac n’ cheese

First off, let's start with ingredients;

INGREDIENTS:
3oz breaded chicken tenders - usually about 2
4oz pasta
1/3 cup (28g) reduces fat fiesta blend cheese (Walmart)
1/4 cup Ragu cauliflower garlic parmesan sauce
1 tbsp light butter
splash of unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp imitation honey 45cal/tbsp (Walmart)
1.5 tsp reduced sodium soy sauce
2 tsp brown sugar swerve
2 tsp pineapple juice
Black pepper to taste
Bacon and chives to garnish

Cook the chicken tenders in the oven as directed. While they’re cooking, boil your pasta and begin to prepare your sauces. In a saucepan combine light butter, ragu sauce, cheese and almond milk. Heat and stir until combined. In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, brown sugar swerve, pineapple juice and pepper. Heat in microwave or over stove. Roll tenders in the sauce. Mix the cheese sauce with the noodles. Garnish with bacon and fresh chives. Makes single serving as shown.
