McDonald’s Copycat protein pancakes

INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup bisquick
3/4 cup @bowmar_nutrition protein pancakes and syrup
2/3 cup diet 7up
1 tbsp granular swerve
1 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg

After combining, let batter sit for 15 minutes before making the pancakes. I used 1/4 cup batter per pancake & served them with light butter and sugar free syrup. Recipe makes 6 to 7 pancakes!

Don’t have swerve? Use sugar. Don’t have bisquick? Buy some. No, it will not work the same with Kodiak cakes or any other type of higher protein replacement because it’s more absorbent. Also don’t use greek yogurt instead of oil. Why? Because I say so, a.k.a I tried all this ish so you don’t have to.
