Pan Fried Chicken Wonton Dumpling Recipe

Chicken Wonton Dumplings. A surprisingly simple recipe that’s low calorie meal and packed with tons of protein.

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 lb ground chicken
1 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp fish sauce
1-2 cloves of garlic
chopped green onion
wonton wrappers
oil for frying

CHICKEN WONTON INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine all ingredients until incorporated. Wet the edges of your wonton wrapper and spoon 1-2 tsp of the meat mixture into your wonton. Fold in half making a triangle, sealing the edges completely. Heat some oil in a frying pan over medium heat, and place your wontons in the pan making sure not to overcrowd them! Sear for 2 minutes before adding around 1/2 cup of water to the pan. Turn down the heat, cover and simmer for an additional 2 minutes before flipping. Once you’ve flipped your wontons, cook for 2 more minutes covered and they’re ready to eat! I served my wontons with chili oil and soy sauce.
