Peanut Butter Banana Cupcakes

First off, let's start with ingredients;

CUPCAKE INGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup protein wedding cake
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1.2 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
1 banana - mashed
3 tbsp swerve granular
1/4 cup brown sugar swerve
2.5 tbsp light butter
1 egg
2.5 tbsp light sour cream
dash of vanilla

FROSTING INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup light butter
1/4 cup buckeye butter
1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered swerve

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix protein, flour, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl beat together mashed banana, granular swerve, and brown sugar swerve. Add butter, egg, sour cream, and vanilla and beat until combined. Pour into greased cupcake tin and bake for 18-22 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

While they are baking, whip together frosting ingredients. I don’t like my frosting super sweet, so if you want yours sweeter add more powdered swerve. Tweak it to your liking!
