Protein Banana Nut Muffins

First off, let's start with ingredients;

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup bowmar Nutrition protein frosted cookie
1/4 cup+2 tbsp brown sugar swerve
1 tsp baking powder
Dash of cinnamon and salt
1 banana - ripe
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup plain fat free greek yogurt
Dash vanilla
2 tbsp walnuts - chopped up
Extra cinnamon and brown sugar swerve for sprinkling

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, protein, brown sugar swerve, baking powder, and a dash of cinnamon and salt. In a separate bowl, combine almond milk, yogurt, vanilla and mashed banana. Fold in the chopped walnuts. Combine wet and dry ingredients and pour into greased cupcake liners. I sprinkled the filled liners with brown sugar swerve and cinnamon before baking for 20 minutes.

I also put a few chopped walnuts on the top but you don’t have toooooo.

677 calories for the entire recipe; 81C/14F/55P

If I remember right it made 4 muffins, so about 169 calories; 20C/3.5F/14P
