First off, let's start with ingredients;
INGREDIENTS:
6 slices light bread (45 cals per slice)
2 eggs
1/4 cup almond milk - unsweetened
1 scoop bowmar Nutrition protein fruity cereal
Splash of vanilla
1/4 cup fruity pebbles cereal
2 tbsp melted light whipped topping
Mix eggs, almond milk, vanilla and protein powder in bowl. Dip light bread in egg mixture and cook on griddle just like normal french toast. Cut in half, drizzle with melted whipped topping and sprinkle with fruity pebbles cereal. This recipe made 6 full slices so three servings of what is shown
