Protein Monster Cookies

First off, let's start with ingredients;

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup light butter
1/4 cup swerve granular
1/4 cup brown sugar swerve
1/2 egg
1/4 tsp vanilla
6 tbsp all purpose flour
6 tbsp Bowmar Nutrition protein frosted cookie
1 tbsp sugar free vanilla instant pudding mix
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Lillys chocolate chips - chopped up
Mini m&ms

Combine your butter, swerve granular, and brown sugar swerve. Add in 1/2 egg and the vanilla extract. Add flour, protein powder, pudding mix, baking soda, and salt. Fold in as many mini m&ms and chopped up chips as you like, I didn’t measure!

Scoop into 12 servings and place 6 on each baking sheet on parchment paper. I’ll say it again, 6 scoops of dough per baking sheet ON PARCHMENT PAPER. Bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees and let cool. Don’t overbake!
