Protein Strawberry Angel Food Cake

First off, let's start with ingredients;

ANGEL FOOD CAKE:
2 room temperature egg whites
1/8 tsp cream of tartar
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp swerve granular
1/2 scoop Bowmar Nutrition Protein Frosted Cookie

TOPPING:
5 Strawberries
1 tsp swerve granular

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix egg whites, cream of tartar, vanilla, and 1 tbsp swerve granular until stiff peaks form. Carefully fold in protein frosted cookie powder and pour into your cake pan. Bake in the oven until the top and edges are golden brown. I used a mini loaf pan and baked it for 20 or so minutes until golden brown and a toothpick came out clean. Let cool.

While the cake is cooling, smash strawberries and mix with 1 tsp swerve granular. Pour over cake, and top with fat free redi whip!
