First off, let's start with ingredients;
4 slices light italian bread
1/4 cup fat free greek yogurt - plain
1/2 scoop bowmar nutrition protein strawberry shake
5 tbsp fat free redi whip
2 tbsp whipped cream cheese
1/2 scoop bowmar nutrition protein frosted cookie
1 tbsp powdered swerve
1/2 tbsp granular swerve
3-5 strawberries
vanilla extract
blackberries & raspberries
For the cream cheese filling, simply combine 2 tbsp whipped cream cheese, 1/2 scoop bowmar nutrition protein frosted cookie, 1 tbsp of fat free redi whip, 1 tbsp of powdered swerve, and a dash of vanilla extract. Stir to combine and set to side.

For the strawberry topping mix 1/4 cup fat free plain greek yogurt, 1/2 scoop bowmar nutrition protein strawberry shake, 1/4 cup fat free redi whip, and a dash of vanilla extract. Mix to combine.
On the side, cut up a few large strawberries and combine with 1/2 tbsp swerve granular. Mash the strawberries until mixed with the sweetener, then add to your yogurt mixture. The final result should look similar to this.

It's all smooth sailing from here. Just crack two eggs into a bowl, with 2-3 tbsp of almond milk, a dash of vanilla, and a dash of cinnamon.
Grease your pan with cooking spray and dip your light bread into the egg mixture. Cook in your pan, flipping when the french toast is done to your liking.
Spread half of the cream cheese mixture in between two slices of french toast, and top with half of the strawberry mixture, and any other berries you'd like.
