First off, let's start with ingredients;
FOR THE CRUST:
2/3 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp light butter
2 tbsp swerve granular
FOR THE BROWNIE LAYER:
2 scoops Bowmar Nutrition frosted cookie protein powder
1/2 cup all purpose flour
3 tbsp special dark hershey's cocoa
1/4 cup fat free plain greek yogurt
1/4 cup light butter
3/4 cup almond milk - plain unsweetened
FOR THE TOPPING:
1/4 cup great value marshmellow creme
HOW TO:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
For the crust, grease a medium loaf pan with cooking spray.
Combine swerve, graham cracker crumbs, and light butter until mixed. Press into the base of the pan until evenly distributed. It doesn't have to be perfectly mixed! Mine looked like this;

Next, make the brownie mix.
Combine all of the brownie layer ingredients and stir until well mixed. Pour batter onto the crust. Bake for 40 minutes.
I prefer my brownies a little underdone and fudgy, especially since this recipe has no eggs! If you like your brownies more firm, simply keep baking and insert a toothpick to see when it is done to your liking.

Once baked to your preferred level of doneness, remove from the oven, and top with marshmellow creme. Do this step while hot to allow the creme to be spread easily across the pan!
Next, turn the broiler on and add the pan back into your oven just long enough to slightly brown the top of your bars.
This should be your finished product.
Enjoy! (:
