Smothered chicken bean & rice burritos

First off, let's start with ingredients;

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup shredded chicken
2 tbsp long grain white rice
1/4 cup chicken broth
dash of tomato sauce
2 low carb tortillas
1/4 cup refried beans
1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
1/2 Rico’s cheese sauce cup
2 tbsp light sour cream
2 tbsp gordos cheese sauce (Walmart)

Pour rice in small saucepan and add chicken broth and tomato sauce. Heat until liquid is soaked up and rice is cooked through. Heat two tortillas in microwave and place next to each other, overlapping about 1/3-1/2 of the way. Heat refried beans in the microwave with the almond milk. Stir until combined and spread in the center of your tortillas. Top with rice and 1/2 of the Rico’s cheese sauce cup. Add shredded chicken on top and drizzle with light sour cream before closing the burrito, wrapping one side over the other. Melt gordos cheese sauce in the microwave until very hot and thin. Pour over the burrito and garnish with parsley.
