Snickers Ice Cream Bites

First off, let's start with ingredients;

INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp whipped cream cheese
1 tbsp bowmar Nutrition buckeye butter
2 tbsp powdered swerve
1 tbsp salted peanuts
1 tsp sugar free caramel sauce
7 dark chocolate melting wafers
1/2 tsp coconut oil
Also need: some type of candy mold

I’m calling them ice cream bites because they taste like the Snickers ice cream bars, but there’s actually no ice cream. You also don’t have to keep them in your freezer because they’re equally good at room temp, but hey, like I always say, you do you booboo.

Combine whipped cream cheese, buckeye butter, and powdered swerve. Press into a candy molds that have been greased with nonstick-spray. Split up the 1 tsp of caramel sauce on each of the peanut butter molds. Press in peanuts onto the top and flatten with the back of a spoon. Place in the freezer until frozen solid. Once frozen, remove the molds from the freezer and place on a piece of parchment paper. In a separate bowl, melt chocolate wafers and coconut oil. Spoon the chocolate mixture onto the bites and let it harden before enjoying at room temp or placing them a bag and storing in the freezer for later
