Sweet Kale Salad

First off, let's start with ingredients;

INGREDIENTS:
1 bag sweet kale salad mix (Walmart)

DRESSING:
1/4 cup low fat Hellman’s mayo
1/2 tsp almond milk
2 tsp swerve granular
Poppy seeds

ADD INS:
Grapes
Chopped walnuts
Chopped apples

Simply open the bag of sweet kale mix, and toss in the add ins, I believe it usually has dried cranberries, as well as pumpkin seeds. DO NOT USE THE DRESSING. I mean, if you want to go ahead but then there isn’t much need for this recipe. Cut up any add-ins you’d like. This time I did grapes, walnuts and apples but I’ve made it with no extra add ins and it’s still just as good. Mix together mayo, almond milk, and swerve. Add some poppy seeds before tossing together your salad, add-ins, and dressing.

I think it’s best when you put the lid on the container, shake it up and let it sit overnight to soak in, but you do you boo boos.
