Taco Dip

First off, let's start with ingredients;

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup whipped cream cheese
1/4 cup light sour cream
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp cumin
Black olives, tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese to top!

Mix together and top with whatever you’d like! If you don’t have all of the seasonings at home feel free to use packaged taco seasoning; about 1.5 tsp worth! Without toppings or chips the dip is 180 calories!

I added tomato, lettuce, black olive, and reduced fat shredded fiesta blend cheese!

This entire bowl with toppings and chips was 280 calories!
