Taco Lasagna

First off, let's start with ingredients;

1 lb 96/4 lean ground beef
taco seasoning packet
Low Carb Tortillas
1/4 cup gordons cheese dip
1/4 cup light sour cream
2/3rd cup reduced fat fiesta blend cheese
Guacamole, light sour cream, pico de gallo, & chives to garnish

Cook lean ground beef in a frying pan and once cooked, add taco seasoning and a splash of water. Stir and drain any excess grease. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease medium loaf pan with non-stick spray. Cut tortilla and place 1 layer in the bottom of your pan. Add 1/3 of the meat on top of the first tortilla layer. In a seperate bowl, melt cheese dip and stir in sour cream. Spoon 1/3 of the sauce on top of the meat. Top with cheese, as well as pico and chives if preferred. Start again with a tortilla layer, and repeat the process until ingredients are gone. The top layer should be just cheese. Since the meat is already warm, bake for 15-20 minutes minutes, then top with guacamole, sour cream, pico, and chives.
