Trader Joe’s Smoked Ahi Tuna Bowl

Smoked Ahi Tuna Bowls
It’s what’s for dinner. Why? Because I’m extremely lazy and this only took a few minutes to throw together, not to mention used up some of the veggies in my fridge!

INGREDIENTS:
2 oz smoked ahi tuna or salmon(I used Trader Joe’s)
7.5 oz cooked sushi rice (I used a pre-made microwaveable one)
3 cucumber slices – diced
1 carrot – shredded
1/2 avocado
1 tbsp light mayo
1 tsp sriracha
1/8 tsp sesame oil
1/8 tsp swerve granular sweetener or sugar
1/8 tsp reduced sodium soy sauce

Simply plate your rice, dice tuna, cucumber, and avocado and shred your carrot. Plate on top of your rice. Combine the rest of the ingredients to make your spicy mayo. If you don’t have all of the ingredients, just sriracha and mayo will work just fine! I added green onion and sesame seeds to top! It’s that easy. Eat it immediately or use it as a great option for meal prep!
